Looks like this has been cancelled. Damn, I was looking forward to it. Rumoured plans for the plot included Dr. Connors’ transformation into The Lizard. Apparently, John Malkovich was also in negotiations to play Vulture. He would make an excellent Vulture! As much as I would love to see this come to light, it appears that Sam Raimi has dropped out, so they’re rebooting the franchise instead. Shitty.
